FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. It is a compilation of common questions and their corresponding answers that are often asked by customers or users.
We will be closed and paid for the following holidays:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, & New Year’s Day.
We will be closed and not paid for the following days:
The day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas.
We accept ACH payments through Checking or Savings account only. We DO NOT accept credit cards.
Yes, but a two week notice can be given to us for termination of care.
We can terminate the contract at any time.
Please read our Child Illness Policy. Please call if your child will be absent.
